...having from verizon.? Hi, I've been having verizon internet for about a year. But I've been thinking that It is too slow, that it takes more than 4 hours to download a file that is about 1000MB big. My parents ordered it when we started the service, so I could not know. The problem is that even though the speed is slow, I've been paying about 60dollars per month. So now, I want to know which service(plans) I am having. If there is a way to check it without calling them, please tell me how.
