I want to know if all you eat is rice and only drink water will you lose weight?

Please do not answer with it isnt healthy blah blah, I know, and i do not care, I just want to know if you will lose weight that way, with walking every night too
 
hi. yes you will lose weight that way and you need only to eat some protein with it so you fuel your body and muscles with some nutrition and that with your daily walking preferably briskly walking you will get a magnificent toned body
 
It depends on how much rice you eat. You have to watch the calories. Brown rice is better for you as it has more fiber. I'm thinking there is about 180 calories in a serving of rice (1 cup cooked).
