I want to know about the powerade at boot camp?

Supposedly they put things in the powerade or various other drinks to keep guys from getting sexually aroused while at boot camp. I want to know if this is true, and is it a complete effect, how long it lasts, and is it harmful? Please don't be a smart-ass and only answer if you know.
 
Well first off current Army policy is "don't ask, don't tell" so techniqually gays can serve, but if you are heterosexual I don't think there will be much of a chance to get aroused, you will pretty much only see ppl of the same sex as you, they do not put anything in your drink. Basic and AIT will be exhausting enough, no need to suppress anything, if you are not sleeping, you are busy and when you are not busy you will be sleeping. Dont worry about that! You might though wanna look into the side effects of the Anthrax vaccine which you will be REQUIRED to have before deploying or going to Korea, if you need something to worry, check those out
 
well for guys ,i just got out of boot. dont think their is anything in the powerade, but right when we got there they made us drink this wierd blue drink, we all had our suspicions. almost the whole time i was their i dident even get my morning wood. your so tired and exousted every day i think thats why your never get aroused
