I am 19 years old and I need money for college. I was thinking of joining the army reserve to get money for college, but I am afraid I will get shipped to Iraq. I don't want to go to any other state or anything else. I want to go to basic trainng then come back home and go to college while doing recruiting or something else? Is that possible or is it mandatory to be shipped off somewhere else?
