I want to join the army D:?

I wanna join the army, but i'm afraid that I might not grow tall enough in time [14 at 4'11]. I really want to join because I don't have a plan for a career yet. I only grew an inch last year, and I have a feeling I won't grow anymore. What can I do? Other than surgery.

You will shoot up like a little sapling during the next couple of years, I promise, wee one. You will not remain 4'11", I'm thinking you'll reach 5'9" at least.
Give it some time, eat your vegetables, and stay out of trouble. Then you will be good to go!
