...cannot install it. How to solve? My computer does not seem to find the driver for HP pocket media driver. I have seen that the HP laptops find the pocket media drive instantly. The HP website said that I could use this portable hard disk with any computer (e.g. Dell).

Does anyone know how to fix the problem?
