I want to upgrade the engine of my stealth. It has all factory parts. Were could I get cheap parts?

Why don't you get a boost controller and up the psi from the turbos? Go to Stealth/VR4 forums and ask them what to upgrade. But I agree with everyone else, speed isn't cheap if done right. Your car already does 0-60 in like 5.3 seconds if tuned properly so stop complaining.
