I graduated college back in 2002 with a 2.8 GPA. I majored in chemistry. Now I decided I want to become a pharmacist....will I be able to get accepted with that low GPA?

I believe you can retake your classes to get a better GPA. Say you made a C in cem 101 and you retake it and get an A, i believe that if you get an A it will average out higher. This is somthing you want to be sure you sit down with a carrer councler about. There may even be some classes that you can take that count towards your carrer that you dont have to take that can buff up you GPA.

Highly doubtful. Generally for most (but not all) post grad programs you need at least a 3..0 GPA. A few exceptions exist, but certainly not in the high demand programs like Pharmacy. My advice is to enroll in an open admission masters and transfer eg:

You would need to go back and re take some classes to higher your GPA. Pharmacy schools are in very high demand right now and have many students on waiting lists. You would have to check on the individual graduate schools to find out their specific requirements.

What you do is take pre-requisites for a pharmacy program to get your grades up and then apply to a pharmacy program. In order to be competitive you need a high GPA, I dont think you really have a chance with a 2.8. Thats a C.
