that they will let me get the permit? i want to take a car the car is under my uncles name but the car is mine so i want to take the car to go for a trip to Mexico but im 17 years old by the time when i come back ill be 18 do u think they will give me the permit to go my uncle says that he can go with me to get the permit but can i still drive the car over there
