I want to have like 3 tiny ones in a big enough bowl (not small). Do I have to buy lighting, the temperature things, a filter, etc etc?
Do I really need that big of a bowl for a few tiny fish?

I don't have lots of money so I can't buy lots of big stuff.
Over what period of time do they get that big? and how big?
