I want to get my book of poetry published...?

I have a collection of 50+ poems and I would like to get them published, but I'm not quite sure where to find a good agent/publisher. Are there any websites that have a good list of agents that might be interested in getting poetry published, any input would be obliged.
Well I'm not 18, so I guess I can't do that...
 
get an editor and then send it to a publisher like random house or penguin or something
 
The classified section of Poets and Writers magazine always has editors looking for new voices, and the magazine can be read for free at www.pw.org.
