I want to go to Columbia University because of their Business Program and their proximity to Wall Street and all the financial institutions that are headquartered there like JP Morgan and what not.
I'm going to be a Sophomore next and I'm going to be taking the hardest classes offered. I'm worried about my Freshman year though. I got a 4.1 GPA weighted and 3.6 unweighted. I took all the honors classes but got B's in some classes because I procrastinated. I'm involved in 5 clubs and hold leadership positions in most of them.
This is my schedule for Sophomore year:
English Honors 10
Chemistry Honors
Geometry
AP World History
AP Spanish 4
And I'm taking two electives. I'm also planning on taking some college classes during the school year. I know that I can get A's in those classes. So if I get A's will my Freshman year grades be discarded?
