I want to be the blurred subject, but i want the background to be pretty clear.

If you can list steps in how to acquire a photo like that, that would be great =D

Otherwise, if you think it will be too difficult for an amateur photographer just to blur the subject.. how can i intentionally blur a whole photo but still maintain some clarity.
Not exactly blurred... but capture the movement.
 
omg,you have to go to www.picnik.com and sign up for a free account.
all u have to do is use the effects there is there,you can add text,it's just the best. trust me,i use it for all my editing needs. you can even access it from facebook! i love it! i use it all the time. trust me,it's the best. you'll be able to get EXACTLY what you want. the best.
