I want to get a new car. Which one is better Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla?...

Both of them are boring as bats*** and they're pretty much the same in performance, reliability and economy. Therefore get the Corolla because it doesn't look as boringly ugly as the Civic does.
 
wow dodgedude... lol everyone and their mom has a cobolt and they are terrible cars, and calibers look like what i just finished shitting out. what do you drive a Dodge Peon? lol lets race some time. i got a bone stock Honda Prelude 2.2 liter inline 4 and it will annihilate your car any day. HONDA preludes have the second highest hp per liter rating out of all cars (200 hp in 2.2 liters, around 95 hp per liter), only behind the HONDA S2000 (265 hp in 2.0 liters, around 132 hp per liter). suck that while your waving your confederate flag. and buying a honda doesnt make him anti- american, you redneck hick. fords and dodges and all "american made" cars are being made over seas now. so you buying a ford is the same as me buying a honda... except the honda will last past 100,000 miles.
 
Both are great cars, but I love my Honda Civic and when that one ever goes, it will be another Honda. Just like my Imac computer. Honda and Macs forever here.
 
Civics are "sportier". Stiffer suspension...handles better. Toyotas can be a bit boring but slightly more reliable than the Civic and they both have good resale value. Can't go wrong with either.
 
I recommend Chevy Cobalt or Dodge Caliber you un-american idiot. Learn something about cars and not what the media tells you before you invest big money into it.
 
Hmmm..tough choice. Hondas and Toyotas are both good cars. I recommend to test drive both of them. Sometimes there will be little things about one of them that you would like better.

I don't want to be biased, but I have an 08 civic and I have never regretted getting it.
 
I originally liked the civic but i bought a corolla S since at the time, civics were selling for above what they were worth- bc everyone wanted one. I love my car! I wouldn't trade it for a civic now that i have it. But i definitly like the sport version better than the CE or LE or LX or whatever the L one is with the wood paneling inside is. I love mine. The only change i'd make is not getting black because it shows dirt really bad! But toyota and honda are good choices. We have my corolla S and a honda pilot and i LOVE them both!

I just wanted to say something about the "sportier" comment.. the corolla S is sporty in my opinion. It's a cute 4 door car. And has plenty of room.
 
Toyota Corollas are so reliable, I love my one. They are also economical on petrol
