i want to get a new 10 gallon tank can i get these fish for it?

Stay away from the tiger's in a 10 gallon.
They are notorious fin nippers, and could potentially kill the guppies.

Go with 3 cories (Catfish)
and 5 guppies instead :]

Tiger Barbs would shred the Guppies to pieces. Tigers need a minimum of 25 US gallons really, they get pretty chunky!

Instead go for 3 Peppered Corys and 4-5 male Guppies and you're done.

Make sure you cycle the tank first!
 
You can't have 10 fish in a 10 gallon tank. You may have heard of the rule "one inch of fish per gallon of water?" That's not the rule to go by.

I suggest you just choose the guppies. If you want the catfish, you'll need to have a group of four minimum as they like to school, and a 10g tank isn't enough space for that group.

Three male guppies would be perfect in a 10g tank, but not the barbs. Barbs need to be in groups of four or five to feel safe, which would then overcrowd your 10g tank.
