LOL!Thats funny!
Someone of your size should look at about a 125cc to a 250cc.Yamaha makes an old one called an IT175.You could find one pretty cheap.I would purchase one in the early to mid 80's of you dont wanna pay alot of money for one.Just make sure the seat rises up on the tank, you dont wanna ruin yourself, lol, when you jump.
However,if you arent used to changing gears with a clutch, you might wanna start slow, and get a semi automatic(no clutch). You can get a cheap chinese bike.
However street bikes and dirt, have a completely different ride,as well as handling. You turn a dirtbike more than you lean.
But at least the crash won't be as embarrassing, lol.
Hope this helps!

I want to practice on a good dirt bike that i can get familiar with before i buy a crotch rocket. i would rather crash in a pastor with no one around than on the highway and get run over...
im 6' 270lbs
I just want names of some dirt bikes that would suit me please

A Honda XR650L would tote you around just fine. You could also take to the streets on it after you build a little confidence in pastures and on field roads. They have a decent resale value too so you could buy a used one and sell it easily enough after it serves it's purpose as long as you don't destroy it.
