I want to further my education and get into the HR Career Field...need some help...?

So I work full-time and I am a single mom of a 3year old. I aquired my GED back in 07. I want to go back to school, prefereably online, but i am not sure where to start. What do I need first (bacholer, master ect.), i am not sure what order they go. Please help?
