I want to execute a tropical fish?

is it legal?
i've had it up to here with him, hes ruining my tank.
he thinks hes the big dog and just generally mucks around in there, digging in the gravel and stuff.
hes also very vicious. he killed a small plec i put in a few weeks ago, and im sure hes been eating some of the other fishes eggs.
the worst thing though, is that when i go to feed them or clean the tanbk, he comes right up to the glass and tries to stare me out!
hes got a right mean look. i know its stupid, but it unsettles me.
i feel daft getting intimidated by a fish thats a couple of inches long!!

so ive decided, im going to teach the fucker a lesson.
but just trying to make sure, i cant get done for animal cruelty or anything if i kill him, can i?
its only a little fish after all, not a dog or anything.
 
what kind of fish is it?
if you want to kill it hit it on the head with the back of a knife
but you probably should just give it to someone or the petshop
 
It's your fault for not looking into the fish first and you can try to take it back to the store first, but you have your own ethics amd it's mot illegal to kill it. Cut off his head, it's quick and you might enjoy it.
 
your either talking about a red devil or texas don't kill it though give it to a family member or to a small name fish shop and if all fails do wat i did by mistake when my devil killed my oscar put in a beg shook him 3 time than put him in a 20 gallon
 
Don't kill it! Simply gift it to someone you know. Or, you could try and give it back to the pet shop. Tell them your cat keeps trying to eat it or something and you think it isn't safe to keep it at your house. They'll probably take it if you say that... Just don't kill it...
