but we had a rat problem and our oven(when turned on) fills the house with the scent of rat crap and dead rat smell. So i have to cook in the skillet. I know how to cook red meats in the skillet(hamburgers, steaks..etc.) but how can i cook chicken or fish in a skillet? also i heard coldwater fish is better...which fish are these?
I want to eat more white meat such as chicken and fish?
