Anyone knowledgeable in this field I really would appreciate your help. I am 6'5/180 lbs. Really skinny for my height
I will soon get a gym membership but I understand food is as important as exercise. I am a college student and usually feast on fast food and such and eat about 2 big meals a day
Please post a good daily food routine (including protein shakes and mixes which I do need to supplement on) consisting of 3500+ calories spaced out with a gym workout sometime in the day in mind
You only have to post one example day and i could tweak the rest to fit my schedule. Thanks in advance for you help
