I want to do a presentation on chinese culture?

Do you guys have any suggestions to what I can possibly do. I don't want to do any festivals, food, and different tribes because I have done those before. Do you guys have any suggestion. I want to do things that seem for sophisticated like the role of woman etc. Any suggestions?
 
I'd say talking about the development of China is something pretty vast...china has changed a lot. The role of women have evolved not really, most still live in the same way, follow the same traditions, but they do have a better chance at work...remember the larger part of the china population lives in rural areas not in cities...You could also talk about how society in general and how it works has changed....from hundreds of years of royal families and dynasties to now a republic.
 
How about Chinese opera? If you're interested in anthropology and sociology, an interesting, yet cruel topic, would be foot binding. I must warn you, however, that researching about the latter can be stomach-turning.
