I want to discuss about my nephew's abnormal nature, I want help of

psychologist. Can any buddy help me? ?
He is not abnormal but some times he treat us like abnormal. he is 13 years old. At his starting time his grand parents gives unlimited love. They never said him anything if he do right or wrong. No buddy can shout on him in the presents of them. He never sleep with his mom at his starting age. He used to sleep with his grand mom just because he had a fear that his mom can shout on him for his naughtiness. Now then he goes completely out of the hands every body blames his mother for that. Now he is too bad in studies and always talking rudely to his grand parents and specially his mother. he said any thing on his mom's face which he want like "u r not my mom", "u never want to see me happy" or many more. Because of he is too bad in study every year his school going to change so he have no some special friend. he have some friends at his place, but he never goes out to play. Now his parents is have a big tension about his studies and rudely nature. I can't see my sister sad or hopeless
