i want to disable this flashing light!!!?

i bought some halloween flashlights, and i didn't realize the lights flash. is there any way i can disable the flashing, and just have a steady light?

Yes there is. But by the time you go to that much trouble you might be better off buying a new flashlight.

Look to see if there is a resistor that is easily removed. It is probably buried inside the unit and may require major disassembly before it can be removed.

Should this be filed under "buyer beware"?
