C charontheloose New member Jul 5, 2009 #2 My gramps was 30 x 40. Cost him 30,000 and then wood works and tile was 4,000. Labor was the most cost for inspection and well some of the workers ofcourse. doing most himself saved tons. Added 68,000 in value.
