I want to change the head unit of my cars stereo system, but it has XM satellite

radio on it. Can I keep XM? I have a 2007 Chevy Impala. The stereo system has XM on it. If I want to change out the head unit of the Stereo system, how can I keep the XM satellite radio service with the new head unit? What other parts would I need if any? And would I have to contact the XM people about the account?
