I want to change schools, but my mom doesn't want me to!!?

So here's the deal.
Right now I am a freshman at a private catholic all girls school that I've been to since 1st grade. Sure, I like it, all my friends go there, and I developed a "reputation" there, but I don't want to go to that school anymore.
Why? I've never had to reach out to make new friends because I've been at this school pretty much my whole life. Also, the specialties at this school are dance and women engineers, and I do not like to dance, and I want to have a teaching and humanities major in college. Also, I am just ready to try something new. My sister is graduating from this school this year so I'm just know as "____'s sister" or I'm being compared to her. I don't like that.
This school is an independent college prep school. It's academics are amazing, and the school is really focused around the student. The only problems are:
-It's very, very expensive (but they offer exceptional financial aid)
-My mom so far wil NOT budge about sending me to a new school
-A lot of "rich kids" go to the school, and I'm afraid they will think they are cooler because I'm just normal (I know, so high school, but I can't help it!)

I really want to go to this school a lot, and there are more pros to going to it that I haven't listed and I think they outweigh the cons. What advice would you give me, and how can I convince my mom to let me change schools?
Thanks SO much!!
