What should I be looking for when buying a used bike from Craigslist, Ubid, or eBay? I'm talking about everything about the bike ... frame, seat, chain, breaks, price, condition, etc. I don't want to be taken-for or ripped off ... you know what I mean? What should I be asking the owner? The kind of bike I'm looking for is a road; racing bike with curled handlebars (not mountain). Please answer if you are an expert at this and tell me, also, why I should be asking these questions about said feature on bike. Thanks in advance.
