I wouldn't buy that car without first having it thoroughly checked out by a mechanic. Thats a lot of miles, but Toyota engines are like the Energizer Bunny so that car could easily run for another 100,000 or more miles if it was kept in good condition.
 
Run-Away! Buy a new car and pay the same notes. With a warranty and brand new car smell.
