i want to buy a 1976 chevrolet caprice 2 door classic?

I want to make it a retractible hardtop. I really don't like the cloth top on convertibles. The fabric looks weak. I want to beable to press a button and the top just folds back like so. Just like a convertible. Is this idea possible? How much would this cost me?
