I want to become a natural bodybuilder...where should I start and what should I eat?

I'm a junior in college and I want to really tone up and become a bodybuilder. I am a female 20 years old 5'5" 135lbs...I just need some direction as to where to start and what to eat and everything I need to do....I DO NOT WANT TO TAKE ANY KIND/TYPE OF PILLS...I want it all naturally...please help me I really don't like the way I am now and I want to feel good about myself
