I want to become a lawyer but I feel like I have to choose between having a career

and having a happy family? I'd rather have the family, but I'd love to be a lawyer. Law school is 3 years though and at this point if I get in, I won't be done until I'm 27 or 28......it seems like I'm putting my life on hold.
