I want to bake a tri-tip,, what tiemp and time should I cook it at ?

Any suggestions on baking a delicious tri-tip ? Need temperature setting and time please.
OOPS !! Not " tiemp ",, lol. I meant " temp ". ; )
 
A tri Tip Roast in the Oven, Weighing between 2-3lbs

Should be cooked at 325 F.dgs. for 25-30 min. per lb. or until a meat thermometer reads 145 dgs. for Medium.
