Seeing as the storm is a "rebadged Isuzu Impulse" which did have a turbocharged powertrain that's not out of the question. If you could find the parts from the impulse (which you won't be able to...I'm just saying if) it would still might require some modification; I can't say off hand. You could probably just do an engine swap with an impulse rs engine if you can find one. Though the drivetrain, and suspension were different...probably not built to take power.

For reference...apparently only 1000 Impulse RSs made it stateside.
