...loosen it up? Ok i want a android phone but i hate that all the plans require a Data plan. Is there a way to make my bill as small as possible. For example if i get a android phone can i Not get the texting feature and somehow get a application on it to send txt messages like normal?
 
Unfortunately not.. All Android phones are classified as smartphones, which require a data plan, no matter the carrier.. Without internet though, its really just the same as any other phone..
