I want subs that get a low frequency?

I want subs that get a low frequency, and that dont shake my car too much, but i dont want it loud so the people from acroos the street can hear it, i just want to hear it in my car. Any recommendations? also i dont want to spend more than 350

I have a 600 watt amp and 2 12's right against my back seat. (in the trunk of a 4 door hyundi sonota). still shakes(no vibration, no sound, but its not over whelming but low and solid sounding.
