Im writing a play about a girl in the 1800s.. but I dont know enough about it to write anything! =)

Anyone got any ideas on clothing, transportation, food, way of speaking, hairstyles... Anything!

Im trying to base this somewhere in Canada, like maybe Saskatchewan.
