I want salsa!!! how long do I have to wait to eat something spicy..whaaaa?

had wisdom teeth out 8 days ago...its killing me...im addicted to spicy food and I have salsa in the fridge that I want to eat...its hotter than hell though....will it irritate my gums?
 
sorry, im a 40 year experience dentist, i recomend you never eat that salsa. nah just kidding. you can eat it but if irritation happens you should stop. its unusual for that to happen.
