I want Fishes and a Turtle what all do i need?

i would like a 10 gallon tank with maybe 3 fish and a turtle want type of fish should i get and how big of a tank do i need for a Red Ear Slider turtle? what food should i get and what cleaning tools? what all do i need? i would like to stay in a low budget also. answer on here but you can also email me at [email protected]

90+ gallon tank, heavy duty filtration system. Full spectrum UVB light+heat light
Dock to get out of water, heated water, full diet, cuttle bone, Probably bare bottom tank, makes it easier to clean.
The only fish I suggest in such an environment is some form of feeder fish, any species of turtle will eat fish.
 
turtles need a place where they can get out of the water and sleep.
