i want crutches but not a cast why do i see so many people on crutches that dont

have broken bones? i do want crutches dont tell me how stupid i am, i live at home and just could i get them myself but i dont have a drivers licences and live with my mother and my mother wont let me get them without a doctors prescription please tell me how i can get crutches? thank you why do so i see so many people using crutches like in school with out a cast or ace bandage, they said they sprain there ankle, i sprained my ankle and went to the doctor and the doctor didnt give me crutches is it because i didnt go the hospitial instead do you think i would get crutches if i went to the er instead of family doctor please
