Outlaw the use of arable land for bio-fuel production. It is the most environmentally destructive form of energy production.

Instead, push for coal based electricity production. The main exhaust gas in clean coal combustion is CO2, which, we all know, is an important nutrient gas that occurs naturally.
 
i got it as a project in school...... it cud be nethin like running washing machine on hydroelectricity or paying the farmers regular wages to establish socialist society......only thing is that it shud b crazzzzzzzy n unique.......plz do help
