I want a new image, help pleasee?

i am 15 years old and i live in england, my surname is a comman surname in a certain country that many peple don like, therefor i have people bein prejudice to me, my surname on here is the surname i want (donston) my mother says its fine to change my surname, and my father is dead, so what steps do i need to take and roughly how much will it cost ? this can help me get a new image with a new name
