i want a jeep and not sure how to go about finding the right one?

any things i should shy away from when looking for a used jeep?
on road. maybe a trail here or there but probly a daily driver
 
to avoid spending a whole lotta money look for one that comes with both hard and soft tops and if u cannot find one like that make sure everything in ok with the top i have a 97 wrangler sport and just bought a new soft top cus it fell appart but in the winter u will want a hard top and in the summer its easier to have a soft top
