I want a good photography software?

I want a good photography software where i can upload pictures and fix them up. One of the main things i want on the software is color splash. thanks for helping(:
 
Hi,

By your 'upload' request I take it you mean online. There's a new site opened up called Aviary from the guys that created worth1000.com. It has 4 different editors, of which I'm sure at least one will be more than appropriate.
