even pro say? do it your self divorce. we have no kids together mine are all grown he has none. there is alot of emotional finance mental abuse he was even sentenced to jail for battery on me but they lowered the charge to disorderly conduct . i don't want to remain in this marriage and need help getting out for any of you that have read any of my other posts in this dept my husband is the one that threatened me with a chain saw but was too drunk to get it started. and claimed he would torch me and cut my body up and put it in 50 gal drums and send me floating in lake mi or lake Winnebago or throw my body parts all over wi so no one would find me. this man is sick in the head. he came back to my home after being released from jail i told him he has to leave he told me its his home too were married and he doesn't have to leave i even gave him a eviction notice and he tore it up. he doesn't help pay for any thing in the home i pay the rent and bills and pay for the food. he is currently on unemployment there for i cant get legal help for reduced cost because of the household income if any one can tell me where to seek help i am listening and thank you for your help
