I want a cottage garden, and need help figuring out...?

color schemes. My favorite color is pink so I definitely want to use tons of that, but the problem is that the house came with two hardy rose trees with gorgeous red roses. I don't want to remove them or transplant them because they're probably 15 years old.
I want a lot of pink, purple, and yellows in my cottage garden. How can these co-exist?
