I Want A Cingular Treo 700w

I like the Treo 650 but I would like to wait for the 700w that will probably be available this summer. However, I have 2 issues.

#1 I'm a former AT&T customer who was taken over by Cingular. I like my current National plan that was established when I was with AT&T and I want to keep it. So how will I be able to get a Treo 700w and keep my current National plan?
1. $81.00 a month (2 phones)
2. 1300 anytime minutes
3. Unlimited Nights & Weekends (7:00pm to 6:00am)
4. Free Mobile to Mobile
5. No long distance charges (while on network)
6. Excellent signal at home and at work

#2 If I buy a Treo 700w from Ebay or some place other than Cingular this summer will my AT&T GSM sim card work in the Treo 700w on Cingular's network?

My wife and I currently have matching Samsung v206s (unlocked) that I purchased from Ebay about 3 yrs ago and they have been great. I originally opened an AT&T account, got their cheapest phones, and swapped the sim cards into the Samsungs. But now I want to get a Treo 700w so that I don't have to carry my phone and my PDA around all the time, and my wife wants a Motorola Razr. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't think they have a GSM version. So I don't think you can buy one on ebay and unlock it for GSM. I also think Verizon has a 6 month exclusive on the 700.

Yea you won't see the treo 700 on Cingular anytime soon. I hear rumors that it'll have hsdpa when it comes though...

GSM version of 700w will come out either late summer or early Fall '06.

It will be difficult for you to keep your old ATT plan. My parents just got forced onto new phones and a new plan a couple of months ago.
