I want a cellphone............?

Hiii. I'm using my sis account AGAIN to get help from you guys. So i'm 11 and in 6th grade and ALL my friends have cellphones. ALL OF THEM. My mom is very strict with who i'm friends with so she met my bffs in open house. She loved them and knows they have like all a's and b's. Everyone in my class has cellphones but my 'rents say 'no because you're to young'. I am tired of going to the office when I need to call my parents and borrowing my friend's phone to call them if i'm staying after school for drama. What can I say or do to make them know i'm responsible? I'm in Gifted(since 4th) and I have all a's and b's. I have 5 B's and 2 A's. My mom wasn't to happy 'bout that(my dad eatheir). Should I raise my grades to mostly A's and show 'em i'm responsible? I want to be a pediatrician and i realize I am not studying enough and I want to have all A's. What should I do?

my cousin is 22 and he doesn't have a cell phone, i got my cellphone on my birthday when i turned 12, my mom said she likes me having one so she knows where i am cuz im never home!! but if u want one that bad you should probably get straight a's, that might help,
