i want a car mechanic apprenticeship, whats the best way to get into it.?

Many of today's dealer techs, like myself, began in the " Quick Lube " dept. of a dealership. It takes no experience to change oil and fluids.

Many dealers utilize " Mechanics Helpers " and the majority come from the quick lube dept.
