i want 2 buy some midi keyboard and a sound card.Do i have to change

ram?HELP.appriecate? i have an old PC,about 5 years ago,only thing i know is that i put an extra hard driver 500 GB,a new Monitor and imma about to buy a midi piano keyboard for FL Studio program ,and a professional Fast track soundcard. my power supply just got burned and i sent my pc for service so i can put a better one.do i also have to change the Ram? i think its 1 GB. generally,what do u guys think i have 2 change first? cuz aint got that big budget anymore.. THX 4 listening
 
The faster your CPU (Processor) the more channels you will be able to run simultaneously and/or the more effects you will be able to use. The more memory (RAM) you have the larger the samples you will be able to load.

4GB RAM or more
Dual Processor or more
