I Wanna Buy a New Netbook!?

Okay!.. I belong to India and i want to buy a new netbook for my daily use.. like net surfing watching movies.. So, this is just a detailed view of what type of thing i want.. i just want a Netbook with lots of Features like Multitouch pad.. if it is!... and 250 gb hard drive a fast processor just for smooth run without any glitches.. sleek and unique design.. unique does'nt mean out of the world!.. but.. just like crafted beautifully and sim card reader.. can i make call using my netbook if i have a sim card reader??.. and run GPRS through my sim?.. also GPS.. and pre loaded antivirus with .. Google Chrome OS.. i have heard it is new OS Launched in india for netbooks.. and Better Bluetooth like 2.1 or 3.1 version and last thing is High Resolution Screen means Screen should be like Excellent Picture Quality over all a true value for Money.. My Budget is Rs. 25000 to 26000 and please also mention the price of Netbook in Indian Currency.. I will be very thankful.. and Ready to give full points!!!
